One of the challenges presented by the site was maximizing the yield on the triangular-shaped 2.3-acre parcel that fronts the Eastern Canal. The engineering decisions made on-site, including a mix of underground storage and above-ground retention, effectively maximized the usable open space while meeting the density targets for land development, all while minimizing the cost impact of exclusively using underground retention storage.
